These general terms and conditions, hereinafter referred to as “GTC”, are valid in relation to any operation generated by the registration and/or use of the online shop of the company Biodesign Sagl. By registering, the user accepts these terms and conditions as binding.

 

Data protection:

The execution of orders is carried out in full anonymity; the data collected may be used for statistical purposes, while the same condition is maintained. The data collected may not be used or disseminated without prior authorisation from the customer.

 

Language:

Although the GTC may be translated into several languages, the applicable version in the event of any disputes is the Italian version.

 

Prices, modifications:

Through the Biodesign Sagl online shop, the prices of the items offered for sale are binding; the prices are expressed in Swiss francs (CHF).

Biodesign Sagl may modify the prices at any time, undertaking to notify it in a timely manner. The indicated price remains binding until the price is changed.

 

Payment:

The payment of the purchased products is made by credit card;

PAYPAL with VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS credit card or

PAYPAL with PAYPAL ACCOUNT.

 

The payment of the goods is made through the PayPal server. In no phase of the payment Biodesign Sagl will be able to know the information relating to the customer's credit card, transmitted through a secure connection directly to the website of the bank that manages the transaction.

No computer file of Biodesign Sagl will store such data and therefore in no case can be held responsible for any fraudulent or improper use of credit cards by third parties at the time of payment.

 

Registration:

Registration is free and there is no obligation to purchase; the customer provides accurate and truthful data to avoid logistical and/or administrative complications and must be 18 years of age.

Biodesign Sagl declines any responsibility in the event that incapacitated or unauthorized subjects act in violation of this rule.

 

Purchase method:

The items offered for sale by Biodesign Sagl are only those present on the website of biocorkdesign at the time of placing the order, as described in the relevant information sheets.

In any case, it is understood that the pictures accompanying the description of an item are for information purposes only and may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ, for example, in colour and size (also due to the browser and monitor used to access the website and display the pictures).

 

Sending, delivery and shipping time:

Biodesign Sagl sends the purchased goods via Swiss Post. The manager is not responsible for any delays that may occur during the transport service, nor for incomplete or incorrect addresses that prevent the receipt of goods or additional costs of returns.

Orders placed by registered customers and already available in the completeness of the order will be sent as soon as possible after payment. Orders placed by the customer that are not available in the completeness of the order will be sent only when the order is fully available, and the payment has been made.

 

Orders waiting to be processed:

At the time of conclusion of the sales contract, Biodesign Sagl undertakes to provide any possible different delivery terms in case of temporarily out-of-stock items. The user has the right to cancel the order.

 

Upon delivery of the products, the customer is to check:

• that the number of delivered packages corresponds to that indicated in the transport document.
• that the packaging is not damaged, wet or in any way altered, even in the closing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).

Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or the mismatch of the number of packages or the indications must be detected immediately and specifically indicated on the delivery document of the product to be returned to the courier.

The customer is to check immediately after delivery for any defects in the goods. Any complaints must be submitted within 3 days of receipt of the goods.

 

Shipping charges:

From CHF 150 onwards, the shipping will be free of charge, excluding bulky items (stools, side tables, etc.).

The shipping costs will be charged separately.

The method of delivery is postal, by priority mail.

Shipping charges vary according to Swiss Post Fares.

Shipments abroad only on request.

 

Complaints, defects:

The present claims or defects of the items purchased online will be examined individually by Biodesign Sagl to determine their veracity. Then the user will be contacted for the case resolution; the manager guarantees the maximum scrupulousness in this delicate process.

 

Legal provisions:

In the event of a dispute, only Swiss law shall be applicable, place of jurisdiction is Lugano.
